The official page where you will find information about the Guild, upcoming Guild events, and activities will be posted in our forums. Please feel free to browse our site. 

Anyone interested in becoming a member to our Guild should register to our website after reading and understanding the rules outlined below. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

We like to keep things pretty casual and avoid Guild drama.  We are competitive and enjoy all aspects of the game.  If your looking for a Guild that is moving to the top of the GAIA(Fury) server then look no further! 

1. Guild Atmosphere

Treat all members of the Guild with respect. How you feel about them is irrelevant but your behavior is of importance. Do not use Guild chat to fuel other members. Good natured joking is great, but harsh comments designed to hurt others is not tolerated. Treat all Guild sponsored voice communication as though they are Guild chat. Excessive amounts of complaining, non-constructive criticism, arguing within the Guild, etc. will result in the following: warning --> probation --> removal from the Guild. This does not mean members can never complain, criticize, or argue but notice the key word "excessive" meaning that it reaches the point where it affects Guild cohesiveness.

You are advised to help all Guild members as much as possible. However, if you are giving/taking any items from a member you are doing so at your own risk. The Core does not accept any responsibility for trades between members. If you sell or trade any items you do so at your own risk and need to keep in mind that when you do, make sure that you do not want the item any longer. In addition, the sharing of personal information is voluntary and be advised that you are responsible for your own safety when sharing such information such as e-mail, telephone numbers, etc. Feel free to interact with anyone outside the Guild however you like as long as it does not violate any of our Guild rules and guidelines.

Also, try not to get involved in Trade chat conversations about our Guild. Please let an The Core officer handle any such chat. It helps the Guild run more smoothly with less drama. 

2. Participation

We are looking for members to participate in the GRB known as Guild Ranking Battle each Saturday afternoon at 1200 or 12:00p server time. This event is appreciated and required unless work prevents you from doings so. Please attend when available. If you will be able to attend you are required to make and/or maintain a GRB character which usually also is PvP characters at 15, 30, 60, and 70 levels. So make sure you are ready to represent your Guild to its fullest.

We accept members for PvP levels & 40+ with these rules you must do each quest and party with other members to gain levels on your own. Do not rely on our high level officers to level you. **NOTE** We are not a leveling Guild and we must help each other as a team Guild. We are here to help you in any way you need. If you have questions feel free to ask. If you can not find something we will help if we are able. This is the best way to learn the game of Shaiya and makes it more fun which is what this is all about, having fun. Always try to help others within reason. This does not mean taking any of your valuable time leveling someone else when you also need to level. It means, if someone needs a resurrection known as rez or rezzy, help them. Little things such as this may become big favors later. Making friends is a good thing.

If you are in a party known as PT do not AFK known as Away from Keyboard for more than 15 minutes at any given time without informing a party member and if doing so tag a party member so your character will remain with the party as being played so you are not holding up the whole party. 

3. Guild House and Points

We are of course collecting etin or etin items and depositing it at the Guild House office (etin) or Guild House Warehouse (items) for the future maintenance of operating cost of 2000+ etin per week. All members are required to collect and deposit etin/items after informing an officer if they appreciate having the use of a Guild House. 

4. Game Knowledge

If you have a question feel free to ask and we will help you when able. If we do not answer right away it is because we are doing something that keeps us from doing so immediately. **REMEMBER** Patience is the key to success in all things. Please keep in mind we also enjoy the game just as you. If you have been playing this game for some time you are expected to have general knowledge of the game. In addition, members should use the resources they have available to obtain information they do not know. If you have a question that can not be answered in the Aeria games forum or Aeria Shaiya wiki please ask one of our officers for assistance. 

5. Loyalty

Members may not have other characters in other Guilds. All characters must be either in the The Core or non Guilded. DOUBLE GUILDING IS NOT ALLOWED. If you are joining and leaving a character in another Guild it must be approved by the GL known as Guild Leader first and foremost. Any members we find double Guilding without approval will be removed from our Guild immediately. In addition, The Core extends memberships to individuals and not their characters. You may not play another persons character nor may you play anothers. We do not mandate a minimum level of participation, however, inactive members may be removed from the Guild after 90 days of not logging and/or remains the same level during those days. **EXCEPTIONS** Characters at 15, 30, 60, and 70 levels are overlooked as to possible GRB/PvP characters. Unless you have informed an officer before and letting them know the matter behind your absence. 

6. Recruitment

The Core takes all PvP levels & 40+ levels as long as you are willing to follow the rules above and be loyal to your guild. 

Final Note and Closing

We are not a democracy. We do our best to listen to feedback from our members, but ultimately, the decisions are made by the Guild Leader and its officers with the best interest of the members in mind always. Once you have read and understand the Rules and Regulations outlined above and decided to join The Core please come speak with one of our officers.

**Remember**

1. There will be no truces with the other faction. Do respect them by starting no drama.

2. No begging for leveling, gold, or items.

3. Keep Guild chat out of other chats and keep bashing out of all chats even when provoked. It takes a bit of maturity, I know.

4. Respect officers at all times.

5. Make sure you have listed all your characters so the Guild knows who you are.

6. No foul language in Trade, Normal, or Area chat

7. Our most important: Have Fun. 

We are glad you decided to join The Core! This Guild is based upon the principal that if we all enjoy each others company then we should enjoy the game as well. We want this game to be fun, and we do not want to put pressure on you to level or get yourself PvP ranks. We will simply ask, "Are you having fun." See you in-game.
